A classic Yogi Berra quip.
And, of course, perfectly true.
But…
Watching all the time is not the same as doing.
And in your real estate investing business it takes IMPLEMENTATION to actually get success.
That means DOING something.
What exactly?
Start with marketing.
Then practice negotiation by speaking to sellers and making offers.
There’s a mental trap many “habitual observers” fall into:
they think they can reverse engineer what people do publicly.
Just watch what someone else appears to do, and copy it.
Yet they never actually do it, much less get it right.
This almost always backfires because they are missing the key component.
Take my daily emails for example.
I teach lots of great lessons in them.
(Some obvious, like today. Some not-so-obvious, also like today. Read it again.)
And I’d obviously argue they are well worth reading (Yes, I’m obviously biased in that opinion.)
But don’t think you have everything just from reading.
The key elements that need to be put into place I save for my paying students.
Not just critical details, but the tools to tie it all together
(contracts, marketing templates, etc.)
After all, I think charging for implementation is more than reasonable after all I show you for gratis.

I’m picky about who I spend time with.
Just like you’re picky about who you spend money on.
So let’s see if we’re actually a fit for each other.
