What to do with a vacant lot

Vacant lots are everywhere.

And, done right, you can pay full retail and still do great.

But by doing what with it?

2 things:

#1: Add a mobile home (not a trailer, one that is pre-fabricated and trucked in)
or
#2: Build normally on it.

But not really just “normally”.

Instead use a technique called:
“Cost+ Building”

It’s a method of working with a contractor to site-build houses on lots you purchase and keeping the costs and budget under much tighter control than normal. .
