Watch the words you say to me

The words we use are important.

Saying the proverbial right thing at the proverbial right time can open the proverbial right doors.

(Proverbially!)

Chris T., one of my students, told me this:
“Hey Tom,
My seller wanted us to pay his property taxes and I used your exact objection handling line in my email response and that was the end of it. He accepted my answer and we are not paying taxes.”

Bingo.

So many of peoples’ responses are routine objections, therefore I can teach you the best lines to just memorize so that you get them through their objections — with flying colors.

This makes things super easy for you.

(In this example, he didn’t even have to say it, he WROTE it in an email.)

Works like a charm no matter how you ‘say’ it.
