Arveece McCorkle
As a Marylander, she attended the University of Maryland in College Park. After graduation, she soon realized her passion for business, and started her own business a few years later. Being a true entrepreneur at heart, she’s owned numerous retail businesses for more than 27 years, including a Real Estate Investment Company.

She has also been a Real Estate agent for over 10 years, using the skills, knowledge and passion to advocate for clients during the buying and selling process, or renovating their homes. Her background and education has trained her to evaluate objectively, adapt focus based on the needs of my clients, and to view every detail as an important piece of the greater whole. Her individual engagement in home, community and in the Maryland market allow her a depth of understanding of area neighborhoods, school districts and on-going economic development across the area.

Arveece is passionate about all aspects of real estate, working with real estate agents, contractors in renovating homes, investors, real estate brokers, REO Specialists, mortgage brokers and asset managers to sell foreclosed homes. With her real estate knowledge and experience, she is a great asset for everyone in this industry.

Karen Reynoso
Karen leads a powerhouse real estate team out of Old Town Alexandria, VA. She mainly dedicates her time as a Realtor to assist investors, home buyers and sellers. She started investing with her husband back in 2016, has completed a number of flips, wholesales, subject-to’s, and seller financing deals.

She is passionate about design, finding funding partners, and providing excellent client experience on the Realtor side of the business, while her husband focuses on project management and finding deals.

She is currently working on renovating two projects, just closed on another flip this week, and has a flip under contract to close at the end of this month. When she is not doing real estate, she is hanging out with her two daughters and husband, (one is 2.5 years old and the other is turning 1 on April 12th), be with family, drink coffee, read books, listen to podcasts and likes to explore other ways to build her passive income portfolio.

Her goals this year are mainly focused on increasing her net worth, selling/liquidating her current projects as fast they can, last year they acquired 6 houses, and invest in other business outside of the real estate industry.

Charles Einsmann
Charles has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is particularly skilled in structuring and negotiating win-win solutions for distress sales.  Along with Sam Jacknin, Charlie co-founded Clear Sky Properties LLC in 2005 and Clear Sky Financial LLC in 2013.  He primarily takes the lead for networking, sourcing new opportunities and negotiating new deals.  Charlie also owns Green Dot Title, is a licensed Realtor in Virginia, and has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Devry Institute of Technology.

Dominic Mason
Husband, Father of Three, Former Marine, and Real Estate Professional

He began my adventures in real estate in 2006, and have been buying, selling, renting and flipping homes ever since. Dominic loves everything about real estate, but the best part is when you finally get to the closing table and your client buys or sells that home, you know it’s a good day, mission accomplished and you’ve help someone achieve a huge milestone in their life.

After graduating from the University of Maryland with a BS in Finance he spent almost 8 years as a combat engineer in the United States Marine Corps; serving with some of the best people all over the world. After getting his M.B.A and working in the design and consulting world, he made the jump into real estate full-time and has never looked back. Real estate has proven to be his dream job.
