Last week I talked about DC’s rolling population.
Well, Tampa & Sarasota have their own type of “rolling population” too.
Just with somewhat different types of people.
The top groups are:
* Snowbirds
* Vacationers
* Nurses
* Construction workers
It’s important to know this if you want to do AirBNB right.
That means with medium- to long-term stays.
(Not the “let’s rent a place for the weekend & tear it up since it isn’t ours” type of stay.)
These good groups can be an excellent source of steady (and high) rental income if you can provide a housing solution for them.
It also means you can minimize your rental headaches.
