Being down to runway level

I remember the first time I flew in a very small plane.

It was just 3 of us.

Stuffed into the smallest plane at the airport.

Being down at runway level was actually kind of nerve racking.

We waited as a giant Airbus A330 landed right in front of us, and then we pulled up to where it had just been and got ready to accelerate for takeoff.

Being at runway level can be intimidating.



But you have to keep your nerve.

And you have to keep your wits about you.

You have to remember your training.

Then everything will be fine, because you are flying a machine that is built for that one singular purpose: to fly you to where you want to go and to fly you there safely.

And every aspect of your training has that same purpose as well.

It’s no different in your real estate investing business.

Being down at runway level on my first deal was scary and exciting too.


Because if you don’t know what you are doing you can get killed.

Financially and emotionally.

So you need to learn a system.

And then FOLLOW that system.

Then success you will find.

Pilots learn taxi, take off, flying and landing.

Investors learn marketing, negotiation, legal contracts, deal control, and how to get paid.

Learning what you need to know allows you to succeed.

It allows you to get to your destination safely.

Be that destination a physical place or a financial place.
