All my Predictions for 2018

Here’s all of my 2018 predictions: (read all of them, as you may be shocked by the end…)

I already told you #1:  The American economy will continue its massive resurgence and will soar in ways we haven’t seen since the 1980s.

Now that the handcuffs are off, and people who have the actual experience and understand business and the economy are in charge, we will BOOM like we’ve never boomed before.

#2:
Rental properties will do great in places where job creation grows rapidly.

No real shocker there.

But still so many don’t think it’s actually happening.

But wait and watch and you’ll see.

Better still, rather than sit on the sidelines, get moving and buy rentals in hot areas.

With the massive job creation that we’ve already had and many, many, more on the way, along with dropping gas prices, people will start to have more money and they will look for better place to live.

As real estate investors, let’s give them that.

Then great cashflow you will have.

#3:
Rehabbing and Wholesaling Houses will produce record profits.

Along with the upswing in rentals and rental profits, a mint will be made from people Finding great properties and rehabbing them, or Finding them and wholesale flipping them to rehabbers (my favorite technique).

Think about it — as people move up, their old places need to be sold and rehabbed — I’m going to be a part of that.

There’ll be a major push to shut down unconstitutional government agencies like the CFPB.

The ridiculous Dodd Frank legislation of a few tears back created a few monsters that are devouring businesses.

The so-called Consumer Financial Protection Board is one of those monsters.

Aside from the usual misleading Orwellian name, it has been a thorn in the side of real estate investors since it’s unconstitutional inception in 2010.

If you do Owner Financing or any kind of seller carryback, getting rid of this organization will improve your business.

They’ll go kicking and screaming. But all Frankensteins do.

#5:
Speaking of Frankensteins…

The war on men will continue to backfire.

What was started and pushed to take out Trump had slid out of control and knocked out tons of their own from Hollywood, the news media, and politics.

Almost all of the causalities are from the Left, which was not the intended target.

Funny how that works.

You can always tell what a group is really guilty of by examining what they attack. The attack is usually a mirror being held up to themselves and they attack it to claim they aren’t guilty of it. But it hasn’t worked so well lately.

Why is that like Frankenstein?

Because Frankenstein demanded a ton from his creator, continued to threaten him, couldn’t be satisfied, was totally out-of-control, and then killed what his creator loved, and causes his creator to die as well.

Basically, the whole plan backfired.

Sound familiar?

#6. — Real estate entrepreneurs like us will have our best year ever.

More leads.

More deals.

More profits.
