No place for old people

This is personal.

My dad totally lost his ability to speak a couple years ago.

And in general, he’s been on a downward slide for about 10 years.

It’s mainly something called “Primary Progressive Aphasia”.
(which is what Bruce Willis announced he also has)

Now it’s turning into classic dementia and Parkinsons.

Not nice.

And, also not nice, is trying to find a “home” for him to live in and be fully taken care of, because it’s now at the point that it’s overwhelming for my mom.

But finding a nursing home or an Assisted Living Facility that actually has space for him is proving to be a massive headache.

There just don’t seem to be any beds available.

We keep hearing: no space, No Space, NO SPACE.

What?

There’s no place for old people that has space available?

Shocking, given the massive wave of baby boomers like my dad who are now at the age of needing assisted living. But there doesn’t seem to have been enough forward planning, and now there is a massive gap that can’t fill the demand.

Which, while it is a challenge for us and many others right now, it’s also an opportunity for you.

How?

Because you can start an Assisted Living Facility and massively boost-up the rent you get from even a fairly normal sized house.

The type of normal house you find literally EVERYWHERE.
