There’s a difference.
Mobile homes are prefabricated and then trucked in and placed onto your lot.
It’s basically a factory-made home instead of a home built directly from scratch on the actual site.
There are some advantages to doing this.
And it can make things very easy for you.
All you need to do to start is to find a lot.
And lots are everywhere.
Cool thing is, you can pay full retail price for the lot too, as the value will rocket up once the home is put in place.
Then you sell it for a tidy profit.
