David Pickron is a licensed Private Investigator and owner of AAA Landlord Services, Inc and Rent Perfect.
His 25-plus year career in the eviction and tenant screening fields, coupled with being an investment property owner in both the housing and commercial sectors, gives him a unique industry perspective.
His companies have both helped evict and place tenants in the Arizona market since 1992, and been a leader in tenant screening nationwide since 2001.
David’s expertise comes in research and knowledge of the eviction process and access to, and analysis of, court data. David’s companies have worked with the top eviction attorneys in Arizona, as well as a long serving member of the Arizona Multi-housing Association and other local housing associations.
