I hear it said often…
That so-called “win-win” negotiating just isn’t possible.
That there always must be both a winner and loser.
Or that aiming for this mythical “win-win” somehow makes you some sort of weak pushover or a wimp in business.
I disagree all around.
Not only is it totally possible, it’s the ideal outcome.
And there are many reasons that you want to aim for this win-win outcome.
