Many people see real estate investing as a gold rush.

And they run to them thar hills.

They start digging.

Usually indiscriminately.

Then wonder why they come up empty-handed.

Others see the rush and start selling shovels to the hordes of people going to dig.

I get it.

And there isn’t anything necessarily wrong with that…

Provided the shovels actually work.

Otherwise, if they have no care if what they’re offering will really work, then it’s more like snake oil.

And there’s too much of that in the real estate training industrial complex these days.

Which is unfortunate.

Because done right real estate investing can indeed set you free and get you what you want.

And done right, the trainer can touch many lives for the better, and not just empty the pockets of their hopeful-but-clueless clients.
