I’m bothered by the people who think the American Dream is dead.
I’m bothered that a whole generation seems to have a negative attitude about what they can achieve.
I’m bothered by it because it simply isn’t true.
But…
Prosperity comes from you.
And only you.
No one else gives it to you.
You have to go out there and earn it.
You don’t blame somebody else for your problems.
You tackle ’em.
Does that mean that you actually have to apply yourself, follow a plan, and stick with it through the rough times?
Survey says…
Absolutely.
You have to have the mindset that “No matter what, I’ll make money”.
Then push through to the finish line.
Am I telling you to do anything needed to win?
No.
Not “anything”.
Morality acts as the guardrails on our culture and society.
So obviously you want to sleep at night with a clear conscience.
Otherwise it will come back to bite you.
Evil deeds might give you a short-term gain, but what goes around comes around.
It just doesn’t pay in the end.
What does pay is getting the Traction you need to build a solid real estate investing business.
A business that will support and sustain you through thick and thin.
And it’ll be fun in the process.
