Most of the words I want to use in this email will cause it to get spam blocked.
Why?
Because it’s about getting more cashola for your business.
And just like spam filters try to stop it being discussed because they can’t tell the legitimate from the scam, banks do something similar.
Once you have a few properties with traditional mortgages, the banks will STOP lending to you.
Why?
Why do they stop just as you are actually proving yourself to be successful?
Because.
Because they just see it as risk. And there are easier targets out there for them to prey on.
When you’re blocked — and it will happen to you — the way to then continue ahead is to develop other sources of funding.
Namely Private Money.
