“Tom, I have to admit that I’m enjoying the lockdown lifestyle. My boss says we’ll reopen in a couple months and I’m actually not happy about the thought of having to go back to work, deal with the commute, all the office bs, and not have control over my time.”

Funny how that works.
Having time freedom and location freedom is indeed a wonderful thing.
Well, I’ve got good news for you.
You can still maintain this so-called “lockdown lifestyle”
How?
By actually becoming an entrepreneur.
A real estate entrepreneur.
I’m not saying you have to quit your day job first. Just make a transition period where you start one up and get it producing, then start to shut the other one down. Then you won’t panic at the fear of heading into a $ pinch.
Once you match the income goal you need to survive, then you can raise that goal to add more ‘gravy’.
And then your lifestyle will get better and better.
Heck, you might even start thanking the pandemic, as it gave you the taste of something you wanted but didn’t know you could have.
