Emergency Rental Assistance – How to Apply State by State

The federal government made $25 billion available to assist households that are unable to pay rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

(We can worry about the implications of just printing money we don’t have later.)

Meanwhile,
If you have rental property and want to get paid rents, then you can help your tenants use this program.

Each state is starting to issue guidance on how to apply for the funds they have received.

Here’s a nationwide list of the Emergency Rental Assistance programs by state, with instructions of How to Apply State by State, if available.
