“What’s an arbitrage unit?”
It’s actually a great idea and can get you started SUPER fast with AirBNB.
Even if you don’t own any properties.
Even if you couldn’t get the funding.
Even without any prior experience.
How?
Because you simply arbitrage someone else’s existing rental unit.
What does that mean?
That means you rent out someone else’s existing rental as the master tenant, then you sub-rent it out as an AirBNB.
So you don’t need to buy or own anything.
