Who sees tons of homes in tons of different neighborhoods 6 days a week?

ANSWER:
Letter carriers.

Those neighborhoods they are walking through have lots of vacant houses, run-down houses, owners with problems, and more of the exact types of people and properties that we are after as real estate investors.

So what would happen if you had all the mailmen out there scouting neighborhoods & referring deals to you?

I think you could get a lot more leads to turn into deals.

And since our speaker this month is a former mailman, he knows how to develop his former colleagues into bird dogs and property scouts.
