The Ancient Romans built a ton of stuff.

And much of it still stands to this day, thousands of years later.

Why?

Perhaps because of what they forced the engineers to do.

Let me explain…

When construction of an arch was finished, the engineer in charge had to stand underneath it as the scaffolding was taken down.

If the arch wasn’t built right, it would collapse.

And the engineer would get crushed to death.

So he had a VERY vested interest in doing his job properly and seeing to it that everything went correctly.

Why do I tell you this?

Because if you put as much focus and detailed effort into your real estate business, you’d have a structure of lasting and sustainable success too.

If your life was at stake, you’d do it.

And you’d do it right.

You wouldn’t make a lame excuse or keep waiting for “the time to be right”.

So treat building and running your real estate investing business that way and finally get serious.
