Let me tell you a story.
A couple weeks ago I went to visit a friend out in Northern California.
Many of the local town centers have all local restaurants and shops and no national chains.
So these towns feel more old-fashioned and less plasticy.
In one the towns, we walked into a local art gallery.
The gallery owner came over with a bit of a wild look in her eye and asked if we were looking for anything in particular.
My friend responded that he just moved house and was starting to decorate, so he’d look for art after everything was ready.
Bad move.
The woman practically had a fit.
“No! You must first choose a great piece of art, then design your room around it! Any other way is insanity!”
I smirked at my friend to let him know this was his fight and I started to move toward the door.
But it got me thinking…
It isn’t conceptually much different when you have your own real estate business.
You need to decide what will come first.
Your “work” or your “lifestyle”.
1. Which is it for you currently?
2. Which would you *REALLY* like it to be?
If you put the wrong one first, you may not like the final results and outcomes.
But it can be fixed.
You just need to choose what you want to be at the center.
So decide what should come first.
It’s one or the other.
And then build (or re-build) from there.
I put lifestyle at the center and have built my real estate investing business around that.
It gives me enormous amounts of free time for family and travel and lots of moolah to fund it all.
Do you want the same?
My 1-day Rapid Cash Generator MasterClass will show you how on Sunday Nov 8th.
