Are you keeping your job just for the insurance?
Isn’t that just a trap?
Like a snake around your neck keeping you from truly being free.
This type of thinking is everywhere and it holds people back.
And keeps them stuck.
Why not just earn enough and pay for health insurance on your own?
Because you are actually paying for it anyway.
With your job.
Face it, you’re getting less in salary because of all those benefits people are demanding.
If you want something, then why not build a business and earn enough to pay for what you both want and need?
I’m not saying it’s cheap.
I pay through the nose.
Now I know someone’s gonna say that they have some special condition that means they can only have group coverage.
Well I have a special condition too, and it made finding a plan that worked tough, but I kept looking and finally found one that does work.
Pricey, yes, but it’s an expense of doing business. (Just like it’s an expense for your employer.)
Think it’ll get easier?
Survey says…
Nope.
Not a chance.
The Charlie Foxtrot that is Obamacare is only going to make it worse.
Much worse.
(Alas, a democracy gets what it voted for…)
But here’s the point:
Are you really settling for a mediocre life in a mediocre job just to have health insurance?
You can just buy it on your own, you know.
Just build a business that earns enough.
And then you’ll have both the lifestyle that you’ve always wanted, and the healthcare to be covered so you can enjoy it all.
Easier said than done? (I can hear the objections already…)
