If I’ve heard it once, I’ve heard it 100 times…

“Tom, I wish we would have met first!”

After being in other “coaching” programs or Real Estate Investor Associations people always tell me they wish they would have met me first.

“Then I’d have joined your coaching program instead of being stuck in this other guy’s program.”

Falling for their sales pressure, you jumped in too soon without really knowing who you were getting into bed with.

Yup, that’s frustrating. (And risky!)

Because things could have been very different for you had we met earlier and gotten you going down the right path from the beginning.

So what do we do about it now?

Cut the old ties quickly.

Draw a line under it.

Move on.

Start fresh.

And don’t look back.

Yes, you had hopes with them.

Yes, they spoke to your dreams.

Yes, you spent some money already.

But if it isn’t going anywhere… then it just isn’t going anywhere.

The sooner you recognize that, the sooner you can move on and finally really get what you want.

If you notice, unlike others, I don’t push anyone to join my coaching program without getting to know me first.

You have to apply.

And you have to do a Strategy Chat with me first.

Why?

Because I want you to get to know ME first.

And I want to get to know YOU first to see if we’re truly a fit.

I won’t take just anyone.

Because that’s a recipe for disaster. I keep things simple and don’t want it to get complicated.

So there are some tests you need to pass before I’ll accept you in.

Otherwise we’d be racing ahead and might regret it in the morning.
