“Merchandising, Merchandising, Merchandising!”

So chanted the Mel Brooks character “Yogurt” in his 1987 spoof of Star Wars named “Spaceballs”.

(If you haven’t seen it, it’s good for a solid 1980s laugh)

The character chants that as he shows all the ways they plan on making m-u-n-e-y from the movie: action figures, bath towels, cereal, etc. (It’s a gag on the way Hollywood produces its true wealth.)

What’s this got to do with real estate?

Easy.

We should be saying:
“Marketing, Marketing, Marketing!”

Because that’s what makes our world go ’round.

We NEED motivated sellers.

If we don’t find them, then we have nothing.

And the only way to find them is:
Marketing, Marketing, Marketing!
