Why I’m not the best

“You’ve tried the rest, now do the best”

One of my students mis-assigned this quote to me.

Not something I’d say.

“The Best!” is relative and open to debate & interpretation, and it’s just too much empty “puffery” for my taste.

Does that mean I don’t rank myself that high?


I could make an argument that I’m among the best, but I wouldn’t say that I am “The Best”.

There’s a difference.

I told that student that it wasn’t me that said that, that it isn’t something I would say. And that while I’ve structured my program to be as simple, structured, straightforward, and step-by-step as possible, it still needs you to actually take those steps and IMPLEMENT that which I teach and show you how to do.

Which means those dreaded words of WORK and EFFORT are needed.

Because it isn’t magic.

It can work for you.

But it usually doesn’t happen overnight.

It takes:
— and yes, IMPLEMENTATION over time.
