Who has the time?

If I’ve heard it once, I’ve heard it a thousand times now…

“But I don’t have the time for this!”

“I’m just too busy to start my own real estate business.”

“It takes time and work to do and I’m not willing to commit.”




People always whine about not having the time for things.

But then I watch them waste their lives away commenting on Facebook and endlessly watching television.

Gosh, they seem to find the time for that.

So methinks you could cut back on all that nonsense and suddenly free up a lot of time.

Hard to argue with, yo?


Why don’t you carve out the time?

Why don’t you take the time to finally start doing profitable real estate deals on your own?

Why don’t you want to invest a bit of your precious free time now so that you can have all the free time your heart desires later?

A real estate business can set you free.

You just need to make the time for getting it going now.

Will it devour your time?


I like to see my students spend 5 hours a week focused on it.

More is even better, but 5 is a good minimum.

That’s less than an hour a day.

Surely you can make that happen?

(You can if you really want to.)

For me, I’ve got all the time I want now.

Total time control and the real estate entrepreneur’s lifestyle.

Why? How?

Because I invested some time at the beginning.

Made some sacrifices.

And then used that “found” time to focus on building my real estate investing business.

So if you really WANT the time, then you have to MAKE the time.
