But lets discuss the bad rap they get.
Are they really bad?
No.
Not when done right.
It’s like anything else, there are rough neighborhoods with regular houses, and there are nice neighborhoods with regular houses.
There are rough neighborhoods with mobile homes, and there are nice neighborhoods with mobile homes.
* Since they are generally less expensive, they might be a great option for you to invest in.
* Since they can produce great cash flow, they might be a great option for you to invest in.
* Since everyone needs a place to live, and who knows which way the economy is really heading, but people will still need shelter over their heads, so they might be a great option for you to invest in.
Only you can tell if it’s right for you.
And only if you learn what it’s actually all about and how to do it right.
Then it might be just the right type of investment for you.
