What have you ACTUALLY done so far in 2018?

We’re 3-and-a-half months into 2018.

Stop and think for a minute. (And be HONEST.)

What have you actually done so far?

In terms of marketing for motivated sellers, making calls to potential sellers, negotiating prices, going to see properties, making offers, sending contracts, etc?

Have you done anything?

And, if so, have you done enough to make results happen?

It’s only through actually doing these tasks that you’ll do real estate deals.

Otherwise you are wasting time and spinning your wheels.

All talk, no action = no results.
Hustle without focused strategy = wasted time.

Either way you’re not producing what you can be.
