What happens when people can’t pay?

Times are rough for many these days. (and will get rougher as consumer credit is drying up)

Especially for tenants.

And homeowners without jobs, but big mortgages to still pay.

So what happens when people can’t pay?

Simple.

The mortgage note goes into default.

It becomes a “non-performing note” (NPN).

And in tough times the amount of these NPNs increases.

Massively.

And the lenders who own the non-performing notes start taking a loss, and often times will want to sell.

Sell at a discount.

That’s where you come in.

You can scoop up those still valuable notes at a discount.
