If you have a rental property in Virginia and have not received partial or full payment from your tenants, there’s a special program offered by Virginia Housing.

Please review the information below and make sure you act by Dec 30 2020.

The current application deadline is December 30, 2020. What does this mean?
— In order to be considered for current CARES Act funding, you must submit your application prior to December 30, 2020.

— Required Documentation:

RMRP Application and Agreements
Valid Lease
Tenant Ledger
Supporting Income Documentation
Interim Recertification if household receives rental subsidy

If you need another state, dig around to see if they are offering anything similar.

Be aware that a deadline may be approaching at the end of the year.
