At my events this month starting on Thursday, MARKETING for Deals is one of the main points of focus.
Why?
Because we simply don’t have a business without marketing.
Most people fall horribly short in this department.
And they make tons of excuses why.
None of which makes up for their total lack of marketing (and therefore lack of deals and lack of profits).
How to fix this?
What if you pointed your marketing at motivated sellers just like a conductor points at the 2nd violins to tell them to get scraping?
This means getting the Message-to-Market right so that the motivated sellers know it is indeed them you are specifically targeting.
Doing this improves your response rate.
Which leads to more responses,
Which leads to more deals,
Which leads to more profits.
