I don’t use social media much.

Something about it bothers me.

My assistant handles most of my posts and puts my videos up on there.

But a couple years ago I bothered reading a bunch of posts on there. And it seemed like a non-stop stream of NOISE. And fairly empty and meaningless noise.

Perhaps a bad glimpse into modern society.

Then I looked at all the so-called self-proclaimed real estate gurus on there “teaching” how to do deals.

And it all got worse.

It was sad.

They just don’t get it.

So I thought about what to do.

You can’t turn back the overall tide of something so big as societal change. But you can at least put out an alternative for those who need it.

And after seeing the utter stupidity of some of the trainings on the internet and social media, I had to offer an alternative.

That’s when I put my podcast together.

Does that massively change the world and stem back the societal tide of utter stupidity?

Nope.

It doesn’t.

But it’s a big help to those who do listen and learn from it.

We’re now 3 seasons in and working on the 4th.

Seasons 1 and 2 have super deep trainings and interviews with various successful investors.

Season 3 is designed to give you daily motivation and quick and punchy business philosophy, ideas, and tips.

So that’s the history of it.

It was created as a reaction to utter stupidity.
