A few years ago I bought my dream house.

During the renovation and updating process I fell in love with a rather odd object…

A toilet.

Not just any toilet.

A rectangular, stylish, modern toilet.

I simply HAD TO have it.

But it wasn’t available anywhere in the USA.

So I had it shipped over from Germany.

Naturally.

The price wasn’t cheap.

And yes, admittedly I flinched at first.

Then I remembered that it’s just a fraction of one real estate deal.

And I got into this business to not have to worry about being able to splurge if I so fancy.

So I ordered it.

Because I wanted to.

And because I could.

Because my wholesale flipping business generates enough rapid cash to make things like this possible.

(Odd as it may be.)

So what would you buy if money was no object?

A rectangular toilet?

Or something different?

There isn’t really a wrong answer. (Or should I say there are no crappy answers…?)
