There’s no true success in needless complexity, it just makes them feel important, and instead stops them from succeeding.
Yet…
Most of people’s approach to their real estate investing business (and life) is needless complexity.
So just skip it.
Drop it cold.
Instead, focus.
And just try it.
Once you are doing it, then it gets easier and easier.
Which is why I spend so much time with my students at the beginning getting them doing truly productive things. (Not unproductive or worthless things like getting thumbs-up or likes on a post.)
Because if I get you moving now, you’ll stay moving.
That’s inertia.
It’s a good thing.
And a very good thing when done right.
But you’ve been trained to only think the complex has value.
Well,
Break that training!
It’s the basics that work.
When they are actually implemented, and implemented consistently.
If you insist on staying stuck overthinking things, then don’t bother with what I’m going to suggest.
