Maps tell you where the treasure is.
They tell you how to get to the gold.
But the map is not the terrain.
Sometimes the journey is more difficult than it originally appeared.
The situation on the ground is different than expected.
Different than it looked on the map.
Confusion can set in, as landmarks change or new roads get built.
That’s why it’s not only important to have a map, but also know how to navigate on your own without one if things go helter-skelter.
It’s the same in your real estate investing business.
You need a clear map.
But you also need to be trained and ready for the difficult times as well.
That’s why I spend time with my students showing you the mistakes I’ve made, the common mistakes I see others regularly making, and, most importantly, how you can avoid them hurting you.
This ends up being well worth its weight in gold.
There will be twists and turns no matter what, so why make the same mistakes others have made if you are able to learn about them in advance and then avoid the same situations?
The benefit is that this knowledge grows with you and you will continue to get more value out of it as you continually grow your business.
My Strategy Calls give you the map of how to navigate on your own.
No matter what the terrain throws at you.
