Negotiation.
(Actually, that needs to be phrased in the form of a question Alex…)
Therefore:
“What is ‘negotiation’.”
That’s right, real estate investors do all different types of deals:
* Rehabs
* Buy-and-holds
* Wholesales
* Notes
* Commercial
* Multi-units
and the list goes on and on…
And all of these exit strategies have one thing in common, they need to be negotiated.
When you learn the different techniques used to persuade people to say yes, you’ll be able to put those techniques into any order that you need to in any given situation.
The techniques are like modules that are interchangeable and stackable as needed.
That’s why I call it: Winning with the Negotiation STACKTM
