At the beginning of my podcast episode featuring Kathy Fettke (click to listen or watch), she commented that $50K for a coaching program is just too much.
I told her I agree.
It was a continuation of our conversation when we had dinner in Malibu when our coast-to-coast road trip came thru Southern California.
We talked about how unfortunate much of the real estate training industry has become.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with paying for an education.
But there’s a limit to how much one should spend.
You have to be able to get a return on the investment, and it shouldn’t put you into massive debt or cripple your business because you now have no funds left.
Remember, you’ll still need to have a marketing budget after you sign up for that course.
If you blow it all on the “education”, you’ll have nothing left to implement with.
And implementation is the real key.
Why tell you this?
My reasons are admittedly selfish, as I have a training program for sale. But it won’t cost you anywhere near $50K. Because my mission is very different.
It’s not free either.
But it certainly won’t break the bank.
I’m opening up registration again for my Total Traction program only until the end of September. So if you want in, now is the time.
