Remember that classic scene in “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” when they are trying to get a security job down in Bolivia?
The guy in charge throws a small object out and tells Sundance to shoot it.
He’s a crack shot, so it should be easy.
But he misses.
Doesn’t even get close to hitting it.
The prospective employer is unimpressed and starts to walk away.
Then Sundance asks “Can I move?”
And as soon as he’s in motion, he hits the target with perfection.
He calmly states, “I’m better when I move.”
And he ain’t the only one, partner.
You are better when you move too.
Because until you get into motion, NOTHING will happen for you either.
(Which is true not only in your real estate business, but your life too!)

— You need to get moving with negotiating with motivated sellers.
— You need to get moving making lots of offers.
