Surviving the coming onslaught

Correct, I don’t hide — and haven’t hidden — that I see big, Big, BIG problems ahead.

Most people will stick their head back into the sand and just hope for the best.

Then when their “safe and secure” J-O-B gets nixed, and their retirement account and savings get destroyed by inflation, they’ll just sit there stunned for a few years and watch idly as their ship sinks around them and their bank account swirls down the drain.

Or, they are too busy being happy-drunk on the fact that they now get to work from home and wake up right before the alarm clock rings and they have to show their sleepy face on Zoom. All the while not recognizing that any job that can be done from home can also easily be outsourced to India and they’ll be replaced by someone working for a literal fraction of what they currently make.

No, I’m not being a bundle of joy today. Nor am I sugar-coating anything.

The time for wearing a false mask has passed.

The time for getting really serious has arrived.

— How about doing something that you can’t be fired from or cancelled by?

— How about being able to always work from home because your real estate business makes it possible, not just because your boss is trying to save money on office space while he figures out how to replace you with foreign labor.

— How about finally going off on your own and building that entrepreneurial real estate investing business that you’ve previously only dreamt of?

But wait!

Don’t I think there’s a coming onslaught?

So why bother?

Because housing (shelter) is one of the most basic — and essential — human needs. (along with food & clothing)

And for each major exit strategy (rehabbing, landlording, wholesaling) I’ve identified a niche that I believe will get you through the coming onslaught.

And just maybe it’ll make you one of those fortunes that can only be made during times of great upheaval.

I’ll be sharing each of these special niches with my students at my IN-PERSON Implementation Bootcamp this weekend in Washington DC.
