It’s basically someone who strolls or walks, taking in all that the area and life have to offer, especially in a city.
Hmmmn…
What if you walked around looking for deals for your own entrepreneurial real estate investing business?
Would that make you an Entreflâneur?
(The combination of an Entrepreneur and a Flâneur).
Imagine yourself strolling down the boulevard looking for houses in need of repair. Looking for motivated sellers that you could assist.
Now imagine putting a very sophisticated and modern twist on it, by using an app on your phone to log each potential property, look up the owner, run a skip trace for even more information, and even to send a postcard to them with a picture of the property on it that you also took with your phone.
That would be tre-cool.
