That’s the point.

That’s the point.
You can’t succeed without taking action and I know taking action on what I offer daily can massively help you.
There’s another point too…
The “generic self help crap” you refer too is usually what unlocks most people from where they’re stuck.
I used to poo-poo it too myself.
Then, after 12+ years of experience coaching people and having been part of many coaching groups myself, I came to realize that the “generic self help crap” mindset piece is what most people are actually struggling with and why they can’t break free of the chains holding them back.
So I mix it in.
Merge it with all the other valuable information I provide.
Because if you can’t get motivated to get off your rear-end and start doing what needs to be done, then having all the “information specific to real estate investing that is very helpful” simply doesn’t do you a lick of good.
Sit in my position for a bit, and you’ll see this clearly.
Spurn it if you will.
But you’re much better off embracing it.
