Skip the banks, just take over

Take over the payments, that is.

Not by assuming the mortgage, but by taking it over “Subject to” the existing mortgage.

A great technique that can get you into a property faster and with less hassle.

And you’ll have the control of actually owning the property in your name (or your LLC, etc.)

Not needing to qualify for or get a mortgage for a property is obviously very powerful.

It can expand the amount of deals that you are able to do, and gives you great leverage in the process.
