One of my students, Ryne, who has been to my Implementation Bootcamp twice, told me this:
“I did what you said. I called back again. We ended up making an offer on one of the duplexes and got an accepted offer. I used quite a few of your negotiation tactics on this one. Got them to give a price first which they said $80,000. I came back with a specific number of $71,210. They immediately came down to $75,000 and said that was their bottom. I told them I had to get approval from my partner but would call them back after I heard back. We then accepted the offer for $75,000. Then they tried to nibble by asking $500 in earnest money after I had $100 in the contract and also wanted us to start paying for water a week before taking ownership. I shot down the water request but agreed to $250 earnest.”
Lots of my negotiation techniques in play there.
And an overall mindset.
All of which I’ll be giving to you in full detail at my Rapid Cash Generator Implementation Bootcamp this Friday, Saturday & Sunday, totally online using Zoom.
It’s the last chance for this year.
Which means it’s the last chance to be ready for the upcoming flood of deals that will start to hit soon, especially once today’s election has passed and everyone can move on to the next crisis du jour.
All the bad news of 2020 has created more motivated sellers than ever before.
And it’s going to start to flow soon.
It can’t stay pent up forever.
Time to be ready.
Otherwise you’ll miss out and get left behind again.
In many ways, this is the most important time to be getting this training.
