My return to Richmond Virginia

Many moons ago, in the late 90s, I lived for a bit in Richmond, Virginia.

It was an intensely charming town.

I lived right on Monument Avenue and looked out upon a statue that seemed out of place for a Northerner from Buffalo like me.

That statue is gone now.

But I’m returning.

I’ll be speaking at the Chesterfield Real Estate Investors Association on Thursday April 20th and Saturday April 22nd.

* Richmond has grown a ton.

And it’s full of great houses to rehab, buy as rentals, or wholesale.

I’ll be teaching you how to find these types of deals and negotiate them correctly so that you can use whichever exit strategy fits you and your situation currently.
