I really have nothing to say today.
But I’m writing to you anyways.
Because it’s a discipline.
I’ve done it so much now that it is just a part of me.
So I do it just out of force-of-habit.
Which is exactly how you should be when marketing your real estate business.
You should just do it.
And do it consistently.
* Send the postcards.
* Send the letters.
* Run the ads.
* Then answer the phone.
* And return the calls.
When you make it a habit it will actually get done.
And when it gets done, you will progress towards your goals.
Do you wonder why you haven’t done it yet?
Ask yourself if marketing your business is a discipline.
A discipline that you do consistently.
Because motivated sellers aren’t just going to magically appear.
You have to reach out to them.
If you aren’t doing this consistently, then you’re not really serious.
And that’s why you aren’t successful.
So get some discipline.
Once you start it does get easier.
You just need to take that first step.
