When to use nasty pit-bull attorneys

Responding to my message warning about letting attorneys derail your business goals

DAN:
“As the son, brother, nephew and cousin of five attorneys and judges I can tell you that if you ask three attorneys their opinion you will get at least three different answers, that is after you heard a lot of “it depends…that’s a grey area…etc. etc.”  They will also admit that it is set up to be an adversarial system which means that opposite arguments are the part of the game and in spite of our perception that it is a “just” system, those “in the right” do not always win.  So they also naturally default to the most conservative position possible because they are more about risk mitigation than risk taking (at least 90% of them are).”

TOM:
Yikes! I can only imagine how dinner conversations at Thanksgiving and Christmas must be…

I’ve always thought 3 attorneys would give at least 5 different answers.

But all joking aside…

I’m actually very litigious.

I don’t hesitate to take legal action to protect my business or enforce my contracts.

I have to be.

And you have to be too.

Otherwise people will try to take advantage of you.

Or try to weasel out of their signed commitments with you.

That scummy behavior isn’t allowed in my world.

And it shouldn’t be in yours either.

Not if you value your word as your bond.

Not if you value your business integrity.

And not if you value what your business income provides for you and your family.

So don’t mess around.

Take legal action when necessary.

Hit hard and stand your ground.

And always use the nastiest pit-bull type attorneys for this type of action.

That’s what they’re there for.

And they’re worth every penny.

Business guidance and coaching is worth every penny too.

Because, face it, you just don’t know everything on your own.

If you did, you would have achieved a high level of success already.

I have coaches to improve my business. And you should have a coach too.

My coaching program can help you if:
1. You are seriously ready to go off on your own and build a thriving business from scratch. Or,
2. You already have a business, but it isn’t performing at the level you need it to. And,
3. You want to add $100K to your income in the next 12 months.

If this is you, you are serious about being successful, and you are looking to invest in a coach and mentor to make you successful, then apply for a Strategy Chat with me here:
