Olympic 5th place wins race

What amuses me about the Olympics is how you can finish in 5th place but only be a fraction of a second behind the gold medalist.

Think about that, you’re still pretty awesome even though you don’t get the medal, the fame, or the fortune.

So the question you need to ask yourself is…

Would you be happy to be in 5th place in business?

Is only being a fraction of a dollar behind the big boys really that bad?

Is only $100K extra per year a big failure?

Would you still be able to live an awesome lifestyle?

Would you still have plenty of money to do as you please, when you please?

Set your goals.

And then train like an Olympian.

You might not finish in 1st place, but you don’t have to be first to have what you want.

Gold medals are certainly nice, but in real estate investing there is plenty of success for everyone else just slightly further back too.
