Note Buying during a pandemic — Better or Worse?

A lot has obviously changed during the pandemic.

Real estate investing included.

What about in the note buying niche specifically?

Has it gotten better or worse?

For many reasons it’s gotten…

Much better.

2 reasons:

#1: An avalanche of non-performing notes is coming down the pike. People just haven’t been able to pay, they’ve fallen behind on their mortgages, and now someone’s gonna have to clean up that mess. It might as well be us real estate investors.

#2: It’s basically no in-person contact. You’re dealing in paper and paperwork. Not tenants, not toilets, not trash. Just documents.

And remember—you don’t even need your own cash or credit to get started.
