Nab more leads by doing less marketing

There are many different real estate marketing methods out there for you to use.

Bandit signs.

Letters.

Postcards.

Business cards.

Networking.

And the list goes on…

Try it all and see what happens.

Some will work, some won’t.

Remember that often times less is more.

But you won’t know until you try.

Then when you do get a lead, you have really only just begun the process.

So definitely make sure what leads you do get don’t go to waste by not knowing how to convert them into deals.

That’s where negotiation comes in.

Hey, let’s face it:

You can generate all the leads in the world.

But if you don’t convert them, what happens?

That’s right, champ… nothing.

And I’ve seen people blow deals that could have paid out very big if only they knew what they were doing.

Deals that could change one’s financial picture for the better.

Payouts of $5K, $15K, $25K, and sometimes more.

That’s a big chunk of change.

Certainly nothing to shake a stick at.

So it’s worth learning how to negotiate. Even if you think you don’t like negotiating.

It is easier than you think (and FUN too), especially when it is broken down into its logical steps and explained by a pro (yours truly).
