— always practicing negotiation techniques in new situations
— making 3 offers each and every week
— reading good books instead of more mindless tv
— keep expanding your business & entrepreneurial knowledge
— picking up the phone and calling potential sellers
— constantly adding investors to your buyers list
— and on & on…
Make these into recurring habits and watch what happens.
Then you can find more success no matter what color underwear you have on.
