I nailed 2016 & 2017 darn near perfectly, so let’s see what’s in store for 2018.   🙂

On the record I’ll happily tell you:
#1. — The American economy will continue its massive resurgence and will soar in ways we haven’t seen since the 1980s.

A lot of people, however, think a downturn is coming.

I don’t.

Not. At. All.

And the past 12 months has proven what can actually happen.
(40,000+ manufacturing jobs created, and the add-on effect from that is huge.)

I think we had been in a giant recession (even though it was being denied and eagerly misreported), and that a massive correction was indeed coming, but I think now we will actually avoid a painful correction.

Why?

Because I think we are going to grow our way out of it.

America has that strength.

We can actually grow our way out of it.

Because our engine is strong.

And we are now feeding it properly.

I personally, professionally, and socially know a lot of people across many completely different industries here.

And many of them are thrilled with what is happening lately.

Especially with the MASSIVE reduction in government regulation.

Entire industries are finally having the handcuffs of insane regulation removed and they know they can finally start to thrive again.

Instead of being held back…

They are being set free.

So I think it’s boom-time again for America.

And BOOM we will.

Not bust.

And what about for you personally?

That’s up to you.

You can choose to BOOM.

Or you can choose to BUST.

It’s all about what you do.

Who you follow.

And what you implement.

My focus will be on flipping houses to rehabbers and landlords.

I’ll be booming.

By choice.

And by action.
